Made from the Areni Noir grape variety from the Vayots Dzor region of Armenia this wine has flavours of ripe cherry, black current and raspberry accompanied by creamy oak, sweet vanilla, black berries, cloves, tabacco and caramel. Being aged in Armenian oak for 18 months, the wine is made to evolve in the bottle.
The name 130 comes from the fact that the grapes used to make this wine were harvested from 130 year-old vines.
